Audrey and I wanted to thank you and your entire crew for the utterly outstanding service you provided in handling our daughter’s reception on October 27th. Despite miserable weather and assorted hijinks that left the groom still in the UK, your team worked with us and pulled off an exemplary event that left us all cheerful and relaxed. There was no evidence of the stress leading up to it!
We had kept Kaye Collins informed of the ongoing drama about getting the groom into the US, and she and the crew rolled with the punches to reschedule things on the fly to move from a “reception” to a “celebration of a union to come”. Everyone commented on the professional yet personable nature of the staff, the well managed music, the unique floral arrangements, and the venue. We were all treated like royalty.
We especially want to call out the chefs who did wonders with the dietary restrictions. The spinach-artichoke dip was to die for — I haven’t had better. The soup and pasta were rich and delicious. Everyone enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres, the fruits, cheeses, and dips, and those special beverage concoctions. It was obvious that everything was fresh and prepared on-site, a special bonus for the circumstances.
