  • We only orchestrate one event on any given day, our focus and intention is all on you
  • Our response time throughout your planning stage is less than 24 hours
  • We will be available at your request for on-site venue visits
  • We carry liability and host liability for serving alcohol
  • We are fully licensed by local and state health departments. Cooking is performed in a health department inspected kitchen by chefs that have received their Food Handler Certificates.
  • Most importantly, you are not another day or number when you engage our services. We understand how important and memorable your event is to you and we are committed to being “all in”.

HOW WE DIFFER FROM THE REST…

Menu: Our menus are all created from scratch. We only use the freshest and finest ingredients. When available we choose to purchase grass fed meats, organic chicken, fresh caught seafood and fresh produce (locally grown if available).

Style of Dining: Plated and served dinners, various and creative stations, buffet with many selections, family style.

Ambiance and Theme: Elegant Formal, Casual Elegance, Casual, BBQ, and Clambakes just to name a few.

Everything we do is customized: We guide you throughout the whole process, every event Carriage House Events & Catering is involved in is different. No two clients or events are the same! We are happy to assist you with all your planning and questions.

OUR SERVICES

Event Planning – because catering is all I do I am able to give all of my clients the personal touch. I will assist you with all aspects of your event planning from menu selection to floral design selections to rentals. If you need me I will meet you at your venue location to guide you in your selections. On the day of your event my staff and I will be there from beginning to end to ensure that you will be able to relax, enjoy and not worry about a thing.

We carry Host Liability Insurance for beverages and bar so there is no need to purchase any extra insurance.
