Each year our captains, bartenders, and wait staff has assisted in orchestrating many successful events, from the set up to the break down, they are there to assist you. Their pleasant and professional attitudes shine throughout your day. Our captains are flexible for any last minute changes or requirements you may have. The CHEC crew is a well managed, seasoned staff that is always attentive to your needs and requests.
Typically Carriage House Events and Catering has 2-4 chefs in the kitchen per event, this number varies upon guest count and complexity of the menu. Another aspect to note that makes CHEC stand out from the rest is we have 2-3 captains working your event; need your dress bustled, a fresh drink or plate of appetizers? Our captains will be your personal assistants for your day!
